Porting Inlet & Exhaust

The exhaust and inlet ports on these engines are compromised by the valve guide boss, especially the exhaust (square port). Opening these up increases the gas flow, so more horsepower. Having removed the valve guides we have ground out all eight bosses opening up the port throats, as seen from our newly re-shaped combustion chamber too. Some polishing and smoothing needed still next week!
