Engine block is back!

Chemically cleaned, stripped and machined…..we have an up rated block with new cam bearings, strengthened centre strap for the crank and core plug straps to prevent them rattling loose over time.

Swiftune also inserted new cam bearings as they’re a pig to do at the best of times! We've fitted new core plugs, with sealant for extra confidence and hammered them as necessary to fit correctly.

Next job is to paint the block and head, refit the core plug straps and a final flush before rebuilding over Christmas!!!
