Spray booth is open!

Bennett spray booths are up and running!🤣 

Spraying on 3 coats of Gravitex Pro (undercoat gun, on 50psi at the gun). 
1st coat flash dried in 10mins so second coat went on straight away after a lap of the car. 
3rd coat after 2hrs…..totalling 5 bottles covering entire underside from front to rear valence, including the lower have of the engine bay. 

Finally, base coat colour (BLVC LMK/248) by end of day, to dry over night, before a clear coat to finish off tomorrow after work. Paint gun at 35psi for paint at 2:1 mix (colour:hardener) + 10% thinners whilst clear coat is Hycote rattle can special. These will give a gloss finish and less likely for dirt to stick hard.
